Back to Front Maths
Problem based teaching to help children develop their capacity for logical reasoning and analytical thought. Rather than telling students how to get the answers teachers ask really good questions to encourage students to think deeply about a problem, access their prior knowledge about it, experiment with different ideas and analyse how well these ideas work.
IXL Online
An online mathematics practice site which is aligned to the Australian Curriculum and an excellent tool for homework practice of mathematics skills.
